In this book review seminar, we will learn about screen addiction and the ways we can help our children become aware of this worldwide addiction.

Current Workshops

Please see the Above Workshop-Seminars section. Unless specified, all of our seminars are presented in the format of workshop-seminar. Seminar part includes the book presentation + Q & A with an expert chapter by chapter. The workshop portion is designed to practice the necessary exercises and activities offered by the book as well as the activities and forms designed by our expert.

Future workshops

Screen Addiction Workshop

This workshop for youth and teens will be held in 10 sessions and attending all sessions are mandatory. 

Here is the agenda for each session: 

1- Introduce yourself, the screens you use and the amount of time you spend on them.

2- The positive impact of your devices, how will your life be without them? 

3- The negative impact of your devices, how are screens impacting your physical health, mental health, social life, the knowledge you gain. Share your personal experience.

4- How are your screens effecting your relationship with your family and friends? How are they organizing your life, time and time management?  Are they helping or hindering your physical activity?

5- What is addiction? Is Internet, social media or computer games addictive? 

6- How much do you know yourself? How goal oriented are you? How much tolerance do you have? Mindfulness and relaxation exercises. 

7- Agreement on how much Internet free time you should have on a daily and weekly basis. 

8- Computer games and Social media's role in your life and the  positive and negative effects they have on you relaxations and sleep. Internet  addiction. When is the time we fix them?

9- Introduction good games and apps by group and analyzing their benefit or harm

10- The relationship between sport and screen addiction (social media and games.)
